§ 18-39. Public defender commission to direct payment from fund.

Notwithstanding the foregoing section of this article, the county public defender commission, established pursuant to Executive Order No. 87-5 of the governor of the state, is hereby authorized to direct payment from indigents' attorney fees, expenses and cost fund pursuant to A.C.A. § 16-87-101 et seq., other statutory authority and rules and regulations to be adopted by such commission.
