§ 26-65. Priorities of buyout program.

(a)

Residential properties on the original application.

(b)

Residential properties added to the buyout will be given consideration based on:

(1)

Frequency of inundation;

(2)

Location in a special flood hazard area (SFHA); and/or

(3)

Elevation.
