§ 2-32. Secretariate designated.

The county clerk shall serve as secretariate to the quorum court and shall perform all administrative and recordkeeping duties of secretariate of the quorum court. Such secretariate of the quorum court shall receive $50.00 per meeting or assembly attended as a stipend for performing such duties.
