§ 2-255. Additional marriage license fee.

(a)

Pursuant to the provisions of A.C.A. § 14-20-111, there is hereby levied an additional fee of $5.00 on each application for marriage license at the time such application is made to the county clerk.

(b)

All fees collected under the provisions of A.C.A. § 14-20-111 and this section shall be credited by the county treasurer to the county general fund and shall be appropriated by the quorum court as provided by law.
