§ 54-33. Rules and regulations for disposal.

The solid waste director shall prepare rules and regulations to be followed by the county and residential and commercial units in order to properly dispose of solid waste. These rules and regulations shall be approved by the solid waste management committee and then submitted to the quorum court for adoption. A copy of these rules and regulations shall be maintained at the county judge's office and the county clerk's office and shall be available for review by members of the public during business hours.
