§ 6-31. Prohibited acts.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years, except those persons acting at the direction and under the supervision of a law enforcement agency, to attempt to purchase or otherwise obtain any alcoholic beverage from a retail dealer, a public tavern, restaurant, private club or other establishment that sells such beverages for on-premises or off-premises consumption.
