§ 70-51. Creation.

There is hereby created, pursuant to Arkansas Code of 1987 Annotated, Title 14, Chapter 137, Subchapter 1 (the "Act") a public facilities board, to be known and identified as "Lake Catherine Waterworks and Sewer Facilities Board of Garland County, Arkansas" (the "board").
