§ 74-31. Buoy placement authority.

The Garland County Sheriff's Office will no longer be responsible for the approval or permitting of the future placement of buoys on the subject waters. Rather, authority for the approval and permitting of the future placement of buoys upon said waters shall vest with Entergy, subject to the below conditions.
