§ 54-82. Penalties for violation of article.

Failure of any private solid waste hauler to obtain a license by January 1 of each year will result in doubling of the fee. Failure to obtain a license by February 1 of each year will result in the hauler being prohibited from using any permitted landfill facility used by the district. New haulers must obtain a license before collection of solid waste begins. After 30 days, the license fee will be doubled and after 60 days, the hauler will be prohibited from using the permitted landfill facility used by the Southwest Central District.
